I am KĀMA, the Poet, pronounced “Kay-Ma.” I’m a 30-year-old writer and poet, hailing from the Queen City of Charlotte, NC. I write poetry and short stories. I also perform spoken-word poetry at open mic nights. My hope is to encourage others to share their story, speak their truth, and to amplify their own voice through writing.
